Your Journey

If you’re unsure whether therapy or working together is right for you, this page can help you get a sense of what I support and the kinds of challenges we might explore together.

Therapy might be a good fit if you’re experiencing:

You spend a lot of energy managing other people’s needs, moods, or expectations

Stuck Patterns

You feel stuck in patterns you can’t name but don’t want to keep repeating

Trauma & Burnout

Your are in recovery or navigating the long tail of trauma or burnout

Illustration of a brain inside a clock with rays of light around it, symbolizing thinking or intelligence.

Busy Mind

You have a busy mind — whether from ADHD, anxiety, or just constantly running the tape

Boundaries

You struggle with boundaries, people-pleasing, or feeling like you have to earn rest

Systemic Stress

You feel the impact of systemic stress but haven’t had space to unpack it

Deeper Connection

You want more from your relationships - including the one you have with yourself

My Clients

My clients are thoughtful, perceptive, and often deeply self-aware—but that doesn’t mean they feel understood. Many were raised to prioritize others, perform competence, or stay “fine.”

I work best with people who are tired of performing and want a place to be real, even if it’s messy.

If you’re looking for a therapist who will meet you with respect, honesty, and room to be human, not just a diagnosis, then I may be a good fit. I work from a socially conscious, trauma-informed lens, and I’ll always hold your lived experience at the center.

You don’t have to explain everything for it to matter here. You get to show up just as you are.

Abstract watercolor painting with blobs of gray, black, orange, and beige colors.

This work is about reclaiming your right to feel, to rest, to take up space, and to move through life in a way that reflects your values.

Not just the life you were told to accept, but the one you want to live.

The image appears to be a blank, light-colored textured wall.
