  • Yes, I offer a free 15-minute phone or video consultation. It’s a chance for us to connect, talk about what you're looking for, and see if it feels like a good fit—no pressure, no commitment.

  • That’s totally okay. We can talk about it, and I’ll gladly help connect you with other therapists who might be a better match.

  • I don’t bill insurance directly, I am an out-of-network provider which means that I can provide you with a monthly superbill for you to submit to insurance for potential reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your out-of-network benefits. Please let me know if you would like a superbill when we meet.

  • Yes, I meet with clients via telehealth or phone—whichever feels best for you. I use a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform (Simple Practice) for video sessions and payment processing.

  • Yes, I have an office in South Pasadena. Please reach out for more information on schedule and availability.

  • Nope. You’re welcome to come for as long or as short as you’d like. This is your process, and we’ll work with what feels right for you.

  • Sessions are typically 50 minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are also available for times when more space would be beneficial. We'll decide together what makes the most sense for you.

  • I offer a limited number of sliding scale fees based on financial need. Please contact me to have a confidential conversation about rates and availability.

  • Payment is processed through a secure credit card system in my secure practice software. If you prefer another method, we can talk about options.
